Robert Owczarek-Latte realized a dream when he opened up Latte Model and Talent Agency and REM Studios. Robert is from Kalisz, Poland, the oldest city in Eastern Europe. Robert's career started on the local theater stage in Kalisz when he was five years old. For eight years he appeared on national television as the co-host of a youth program. His modeling career started when he was seventeen. Robert's acting career includes playing the leading role in two films which were made in France. He studied fashion in Warsaw. His mother is in the fashion industry and Robert often accompanied her on buying expeditions to India. The family business now includes seventeen stores, warehouses, and hotel, and has extended to China and Turkey. Robert had already benefited greatly from his education, fashion, and acting background when he came to Chicago in 1997 to study film and theatre at Columbia College, where he majored in Film and Theater. He spent one semester studying at the Sorbonne in Paris. After graduation, Robert spent time as a teacher and IMTA judge. He worked for the Encore Talent Agency in the city. Robert has appeared on television as a personality and a reality show judge, and was a member of the Adult Jury for the International children's Film Festival. Years of living under a Communist regime (he had to study the English language privately as it was banned in school), combined with an innate sensitivity, great charm, and an unstoppable determination have allowed Robert to appreciate and apply every opportunity he has been offered in this country. He travels back to Poland and other Eastern European countries several times a year in search of new talent. When Polish clients come to Chicago to shoot film or fashion, Robert supplies the models and talent, and facilitates production. He has established a web of communication with model agents in all the fashion cities around the world.

Derrick Dailey, born and raised in Chicago, IL started his career in modeling at the age of 11. He later went on to serve his country in the United States Navy for a 4 year tour through Sasebo, Japan and Sydney, Australia. In his time in the military he received his bachelors degree in marketing, while also doing runway shows, catalog, and print work for several clothing companies in the industry. Acquiring several connections with major agencies and several vendors from around the globe, while also working for one of the top marketing firms in Chicago, IL, Mr. Dailey decided to take his career to a new level by joining along with Robert Owczarek and R.E.M Studios.

Bartlomiej Kurela was born and raised in Krakow, Poland where he began to start showing his interest in acting and music. Bart attended IMTA where he received many awards in acting and was offered a contract to move to L.A. He decided to put the start to his acting career on hold because he wanted to finish college first. Bart has helped to put together fashion shows, IMTA conventions, and many workshops for R.E.M. Bart works with R.E.M studios helping others pursue their dreams and attends college full-time.
